Schools

Programming theatre, dance, puppetry and music for schools audiences is at the heart of each festival. On this page you will find links to events, training and other projects for schools.
At Your School
The 'At Your School' programme brings the excitement of high quality theatre, music and dance to children in their school hall.
The school’s programme was announced in October, and sold out before Christmas, so we added an additional KS 1 & 2 show which has also now sold out.

Professional Development Programme
Each year during the festival The Spark brings many artists to Leicester who have long experience in creating live performance for children. Each year, we try to harnass some of that expertise to offer professional development opportunities for local arts practitioners.
This year's CPD event will be "Lighting the Fire". This brand new course brings together arts practitioners and educators working in nursery/playgroup settings to explore together the rich world of performances for the Early Years.
