Boka Halat means ‘mutual inspiration’ in Gambian Wolof dialect. And this band’s unique gift is bringing together musical traditions from Africa and Europe which inspire new songs, new beats, new music.
This 75 minute interactive performance gives children the opportunity not only to listen to some great world music, but also to contribute their own words and rhythms to the mix. A joy of a show that children will remember for a long time.
This performance is touring schools as part of the "At Your School" programme.
