On Your Doorstep 2010
This year's presentations included theatre from Sixth Sense Theatre for Young People with Bob, the Man on the Moon, enchanting puppetry from Long Nose Puppets with Penguin and from Banyan Theatre Company with Princess and the Pea.
We introduced our two new Play Spaces at Aylestone Meadows and Braunstone Park with a series of events including story telling, sculpture fun and a visit from The Queen of the Fairies.
Also featured was the return of the Say it With Sculpture event at Belgrave Hall Museum and Cross Corners Community Arts Centre. This free event for all the family took place on Sunday 13th June and a great time was had by all!
And finally we were pleased to announce a brand new promenade production based on the tales of the Brothers Grimm, presented in the Leicester Botanic Garden. This had a fantastic turn-out even on the rainiest days and was an amazing event in a fabulous location.
